This is to alert our riders and visitors to Boston and Logan Airport about the closure of a popular tunnel road that connects Logan Airport to Boston city. If you are taking a Boston car or taxi service, with us or with any other cab companies then this is important for you.

The Sumner Tunnel, completed in the 1930s, was one of the first tunnels in the state and also one of the oldest in the country. The city of Boston has changed significantly since the 1930s as well as the Sumner Tunnel is set to undergo restoration. This includes cracks and crumbling cement, reinforced concrete damaged wall panels, corroded lighting fixtures, and exposed rebar on the ceiling that were present for at most two generations.

A lot of people use the tunnel each day, and they need to find a different way to get into the city. Logan International Airport may also be accessible via the tunnel. After months of construction, nobody is able to exit the tunnel during the weekend.
