Delta Airlines Introduces A New Sky Club And The Interior Views Are Fantastic.
On Tuesday, Delta Air Lines, headquartered in Atlanta, inaugurated a fresh lounge at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), marking the third Delta Sky Club at the airline’s northeastern hub. The lounge highlights the airline’s substantial presence within the airport premises.
Perched at Terminal E on the international concourse, the lounge offers a mesmerizing panorama of Boston’s iconic harbor and modern skyline. This prime location serves as the gateway for Delta’s connectivity to ten international destinations.
Spanning an impressive 21,000 square feet, the recently unveiled Club can comfortably host more than 400 passengers. Drawing inspiration from the renowned harbor, the interior design elegantly weaves in hues and textures reminiscent of Boston’s maritime heritage. Claude Roussel, the Managing Director of Delta Sky Club, noted the lounge’s distinctive ambiance.
Boasting a generous expanse, the interior architecture emulates the graceful curve of a sailboat, while wooden and metal arches gracefully delineate the elongated area into cozy and welcoming nooks. The lounge is adorned with washed oak elements that evoke the weathered wood of a sea-faring vessel, immersing travelers in the nostalgic ambiance of a classic voyage.

Hints of navy, teal, and terracotta accentuate the hues of Boston’s skyline bricks, mirroring the gradual sunset over the harbor during clear evenings. Furthermore, the Club proudly holds LEED-Silver certification, exemplifying its commitment to sustainable practices.
Passengers have the option to pass their pre-flight time by engaging in work, social interactions, or pure relaxation while enjoying diverse seating arrangements and utilizing six soundproof phone booths. The design also prioritizes comfort and privacy, as evidenced by the inclusion of two family rooms and five shower suites within the lounge’s restroom facilities. Notably, two of these suites are thoughtfully designed to meet ADA accessibility standards.
Food and Beverage offerings
Within the area, there are two complete beverage bars; however, Delta has highlighted the premium bar as particularly attention-grabbing, describing it as having an alluring “champagne-toned mesh ceiling overhang” layered with a striking backlit display for beverages.
Lounge guests can indulge in a selection of high-quality culinary delights, including a buffet of freshly prepared, seasonally influenced offerings. Alongside the standard menu, the airline will showcase local and regional delicacies, such as Boston’s iconic Necco candy wafers, delectable lobster rolls, and flavorful New England clam chowder. The Club warmly welcomes visitors every day from 13:30 to 22:45, with a slight adjustment on Wednesdays, closing at 22:15.
