Footfall Declines by 37% at Boston Logan Airport compared to Pre-Covid times
Despite tall claims about life returning to pre-covid times, the ground reality is still far from true. The travel industry is one of the worst-hit sectors where business is drastically down due to the ongoing pandemic.
As per reports from MassPort.com passenger footfall report of September 2021, the number of passengers compared to September 2019 is still down by 37%. With the new wave of Covid19 running wide in the United States now, the chances of an early return to normalcy seem remote.
Boston Airport Taxi Companies are worst affected by this pandemic. Now the Winter season of snowstorms is imminent and the handful of passengers we have got will also dry out.
So, we request all patrons and citizens of the United States of America to strictly follow Covid19 protocols and limit the spread of the pandemic.
